Miami Beach Golf Club
About
Originally opened in 1923, Miami Beach golf club was given an $11 million face-lift and reopened in 2002. The result is a championship layout masterfully designed by world-renowned architect Arthur Hills. The course sits quietly nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, minutes from South Beach and scores of world-class hotels, restaurants.
When you first play this course, you may think it has been designed exclusively for long hitters. Don't worry -- many holes are dogleg designs that allow you to bite off a good portion of the distance with good tee shots. Greens are well bunkered and elevated.
Several beautiful and strategically placed lakes enhance the charm of the course.
The once tired and under-utilized Bayshore has now become the elegant and highly regarded Miami Beach Golf Club.

Great Golfing option while in Miami Beach.
Nice course, very well kept greens and fairway. Wear some mosquito repelente if you are planning to play after 4:00 pm.
Well Worth the play
The greens were in the best condition you could hope for and well-maintained. The layout was enjoyable and had some challenges.
Punched greens
They told us the back nine was closed as they were aerating the greens, but didn’t say that the front nine had already been done.
Roxanna in the clubhouse was amazing. Fantastic service and super friendly.
Terrible experience.
For the amount I paid I expected a well ram course. The greens were not in any shape for Golfers. I called and asked multiple times if the course was suitable for play they said yes. They then paired my twosome with a third golfer without letting us know. The tee times were half hour backed up. Took 3 hours to play 9 holes. Ended the day early.
I cannot believe this course has a 4.7 star rating. Worst experience of golf I’ve had.
Group in front of us were wearing flip flops and golfing. What a shame.
Good not great
Liked the fact range balls included in the round. Range was nice to not be off the matts. Practise green was combined with the putting great so quite busy and balls everywhere as a result.
Course was decent, greens were just aerated which is understandable but no reduced rates as a result.
There were NO water stations. Well there was one on the 4th or 5th but it wasn't working. Tees were not provided, nor towels and the Marshall was non existent as we waited on every single hole. We ended up 19 mins 'behind the pace" which was already slow enough.
It's got all the makings of a great course but the little things are missing.
Would maybe go back.
