Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club
About
Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club offers a championship course where you can enjoy a private and secluded setting free of homes anywhere near the fairways, tees, or greens. Donald Ross originally designed the golf course in 1924. It has a classic layout that has withstood the test of time to become one of the area's most popular public courses. Seasoned golfers will find that the course is not the most challenging but it is good for a casual round that will still keep you on your toes. The course is tight, requiring a fair amount of accuracy. There are not many hazards but there are some and they are very strategically placed. The layout is player friendly enough to accommodate a range of skill levels and the affordable rates make Hollywood Beach Golf & Country Club doubly appealing.

This course was tough to play
Course was not in great shape. Tee boxes were dirt, fairways and greens were dried up. Also the place of place was bad. Took 3 of us 5 hours to play. No ranger to help. We saw a group with 6 golfers
Nice playable course
Course is in fair condition for this time of year and improving each time we play... nice layout with some challenging holes for all levels of golfers
The course is in really bad shape, greend are full of crabgrass bunkers are like cement and the fairways are dry as can be..this course is really garbage
La cancha muy mala
Muy malas.condiciones del pasto! No vamos a volver , una pena, porq el.staff amable y atento y el bar también!
The green fee fit course conditions so I was satisfied
Course not in great shape but the value was okay for the price. Since it was my first time there, I showed up early for tee time and they got me off early which was nice. I may try to play again Monday March 8 before I leave.
Late start couldn’t finish
Had to wait 20+ mins because of lack of carts.
You would think 4 hours would be enough time to finish at least 16 but no Marshall means the Canadian 8 some in front can take as long as they possibly can.
I’ll be back in the off season
Rough.
Was told this course is closing for big time renovations. No maintenance on the tee boxes or greens. Very hard to putt. Fairways are still descent. Layout is good.
Great Day
We took visitors and they enjoyed their round.
Will be back next time price is right.
Terrible
This course is horrendous the fairways are like cement and greens are absolutely atrocious! $55 to play more like it should have been $20!
