Bayshore Municipal Golf Course

Miami Beach, Florida | 9 holes | Par: 27 | 1300 yards

Opened in 1940, Bayshore Municipal Golf Course is one of Miami Beach's classic public courses. It is easily accessible from the beach communities of Biscayne Park and Leeward Point. This nine-hole layout has a traditional design that offers a challenging but playable test. Bruce Devlin designed the course. He and his colleague Robert Von Hagge are familiar names in Florida golf. It is gentle enough for beginners but it is the ideal round for low and high handicappers alike who are looking to play a few quick holes. The hazards are not plentiful but they are strategically used. There are a few challenging holes but it's manageable no matter what skill level you are. The golf course is owned by the city and offers an affordable option year round.
